Advocating for Survivors of Hairstylist Kenna Kennor’s Alleged Sexual Misconduct
Coalition Against Kenna Kennor (or blacklistKENNA) is a pressure group focused on safeguarding women and vulnerable individuals in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries – in light of multiple public allegations of sexual misconduct against New York-based British hairstylist Kenna Kennor. He has been publicly identified as the partner of actress Britt Lower (scroll for more context below).
Our goal is to ensure that the dignity of survivors and the safety of collaborators is protected, by encouraging industry leaders, agencies, and studios to review their safeguarding practices to ensure that their creative spaces are safe for everyone.
It is time to step up and help effect fundamental change.

Who is Kenna Kennor?
Kenna Kennor is a UK-born hairstylist based in Brooklyn, New York, and the founder of Kennaland, a hair salon in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Also known professionally as KENNA, he has worked with fashion brands, models, celebrities, and high-profile television productions.
Kenna is represented by Yan Javeri at The Visionaries, and by Lesley Macleod at Art Department.
Though we initially became aware of this situation due to Mr Kennor’s presence at multiple high-profile promotional events for Severance, our work is not focused on the show, and remains at heart, making sure this does not happen to anyone ever again. This engrained policy of protecting alleged abusers over ensuring the safety of all on set needs to stop.
Some of you may be familiar with this man from his connection to Emmy award-winning actress Britt Lower, who is his wife. While she may be publicly known, our work is not focused on her, but on her husband. Our purpose is not to brigade or harass anyone, but to stop enabling abuse, and create a community for any alleged victims of Kenna Kennor.
